Online Registration

Online registration is preferred. Payment should be made in advance of the SBMC by credit card (VISA, American Express, Master Card) or by bank-to-bank transfer (only available for participants from Germany). Click here to register online.

Rates

Registration includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions and exhibitions
• Entry to poster session on Friday
• All documentation including abstract book
• Lunch and 4 coffee breaks
• Two evening events (not included in "One day ticket")

Onsite Registration

Onsite registration will start on Thursday, June 3rd, 2010 (11.00 AM) at the registration desk in the Konzerthaus (ground floor).

Cancellation of Registration

Congress participation and social programme bookings will be confirmed in writing by kongress&kommunikation gGmbH. Deadline is the day of receipt of the application together with a simultaneous direct debit mandate for the amount due. All bookings are binding. All statements are required in writing. Oral agreements are only binding when these are confirmed by kongress&kommunikation gGmbH in writing and without delay. A cancellation charge of 25,-- EUR will be charged for cancellation after the deadline of May 1, 2010. The fee for congress participation will not be refunded, even in case of non-participation, if a cancellation is not received before May 25, 2010. Alternative participants are accepted. Bank charges for return debit notes are on the participants account. The place of performance and jurisdiction, as far as permissible by law, is Freiburg. According to German law (paragraph 33 BDSG) all data will be stored.

Data Protection

Your name and address will be contained in the list of participants, available to all sponsors, exhibitors and delegates. If you do not wish to have your name included, please indicate in the remarks section at the end of the registration procedure.
